Please read these terms carefully before using our services or participating in our circular jewelry economy.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Renova's website, services, or participating in our trade-in program, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
These Terms apply to all users of our website, including customers, visitors, and participants in our eco-credit program.
2. Our Services
Renova provides:
- Online jewelry retail services
- Trade-in program for jewelry exchange
- Eco-credit system for sustainable shopping
- AI-powered jewelry valuation services
- Customer support and jewelry care services
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Trade-In Agreement & Circular Pledge
Binding Agreement:
By applying this instant credit, I enter into a binding agreement to trade my designated jewelry item for the credit value applied to this order. I agree to the following terms:
3.1 Logistics & Timeline: I agree to ship my trade-in item using the prepaid shipping label provided inside my new jewelry package. I understand that I must ship the trade-in item within 30 days of receiving my new purchase.
3.2 Authenticity & Material Verification: I certify that the trade-in item(s) provided match the material description (e.g., 18K Gold, Natural Diamond, etc.) submitted during the valuation process. Renova reserves the right to verify all materials upon receipt.
3.3 Perks Activation: I understand that my "Forever Shine" lifetime warranty and any other purchase-related perks are conditionally activated upon the successful receipt and verification of my trade-in item by the Renova team.
3.4 Non-Compliance & Liability: I understand that if I fail to ship the trade-in item within 30 days, or if the item sent does not match the material description provided, my "Forever Shine" lifetime warranty will be permanently voided for the associated purchase, and I will be permanently suspended from future participation in Renova’s Trade-In Program.
Note on Credit Value: Eco-credits (also referred to as "trade-in credits," "store credits," or "account credits") have no cash value and cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or refunded for cash under any circumstances. Credits may only be used as payment toward the purchase of merchandise from Renova.
4. Orders and Payment
4.1 Order Acceptance: Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance.
4.2 Pricing: All prices are in USD and subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of order completion.
4.3 Payment: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and eco-credits. Payment is processed at the time of order.
4.4 Taxes: Applicable taxes will be added to your order total. You are responsible for any additional duties or fees imposed by your jurisdiction.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1 Return Policy: You may return items within 30 days of delivery in original condition with original packaging.
5.2 Exclusions: Custom, personalized, or engraved items are not eligible for return unless defective.
5.3 Return Process: Contact customer service to initiate a return. We provide prepaid return shipping labels for US customers.
5.4 Refunds: Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Eco-credits used in purchase are returned to your account.
6. Warranties
6.1 Lifetime Warranty: We provide a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects for all jewelry purchased from Renova.
6.2 Coverage: The warranty covers structural integrity, prong tightening, chain repair, and stone resetting due to manufacturing defects.
6.3 Exclusions: Normal wear, damage from accidents, loss, theft, or improper care are not covered.
6.4 Warranty Claims: Contact customer service with proof of purchase to initiate warranty claims.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Ownership: All content, designs, logos, and materials on our website are owned by Renova or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.
7.2 Limited License: You may use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
7.3 Trademarks: "Renova," "eco-credit," and related marks are trademarks of Renova. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
8. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our services, you consent to our privacy practices as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 Disclaimer: Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
9.2 Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Renova's liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific item or service.
9.3 Exclusion: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of California.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
