3.1 Eligibility: The trade-in program is available for jewelry made of precious metals (gold, silver, platinum) or containing genuine gemstones. We reserve the right to refuse any item that doesn't meet our quality standards.

3.2 Valuation: All valuations are performed using our AI-powered system and verified by certified appraisers. Valuations are estimates and may vary based on current market conditions.

3.3 Eco-Credit Terms:

• Eco-credits never expire
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts
• Credit application limits vary by collection as disclosed at time of purchase
• Credits can be combined from multiple trade-ins
• Credits may only be applied to purchases made on renova.com

3.5 Credit Calculation: The credit amount offered for trade-in items is determined by Renova at its sole discretion based on factors including, but not limited to, metal type and purity, gemstone quality, current market prices, and item condition. Credit offers are valid for 14 days from the date of appraisal.

3.6 Shipping: We provide prepaid shipping labels for trade-in items. Items are insured during transit up to the estimated appraisal value. Risk of loss transfers to us upon receipt at our facility.

3.7 Final Sale: Once you accept a credit offer and credits are applied to your account, the transaction is final. Items shipped to Renova become the property of Renova upon credit issuance and will not be returned.

4.1 Order Acceptance: Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance.

4.2 Pricing: All prices are in USD and subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of order completion.

4.3 Payment: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and eco-credits. Payment is processed at the time of order.

4.4 Taxes: Applicable taxes will be added to your order total. You are responsible for any additional duties or fees imposed by your jurisdiction.

5.1 Return Policy: You may return items within 30 days of delivery in original condition with original packaging.

5.2 Exclusions: Custom, personalized, or engraved items are not eligible for return unless defective.

5.3 Return Process: Contact customer service to initiate a return. We provide prepaid return shipping labels for US customers.

5.4 Refunds: Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Eco-credits used in purchase are returned to your account.

6.1 Lifetime Warranty: We provide a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects for all jewelry purchased from Renova.

6.2 Coverage: The warranty covers structural integrity, prong tightening, chain repair, and stone resetting due to manufacturing defects.

6.3 Exclusions: Normal wear, damage from accidents, loss, theft, or improper care are not covered.

6.4 Warranty Claims: Contact customer service with proof of purchase to initiate warranty claims.

7.1 Ownership: All content, designs, logos, and materials on our website are owned by Renova or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.
