Our trade-in program allows you to exchange your old jewelry for eco-credit that can be applied toward new purchases. Simply bring or send us your jewelry, we'll evaluate it using our AI-powered valuation system, and provide you with instant eco-credit worth 50-100% of the original purchase price depending on the collection and condition.

We accept most fine jewelry including rings, necklaces, earrings, bracelets, and watches. Pieces should be made of precious metals (gold, silver, platinum) or contain genuine gemstones. Fashion jewelry and heavily damaged pieces may not qualify for full eco-credit value.

Credit application limits vary by collection to maintain sustainability:

Eco-credits never expire! They remain in your account until you choose to use them. You can also combine credits from multiple trade-ins and use them partially across different purchases.

Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days within the US. Expedited shipping (1-2 business days) and international shipping are also available. All orders are insured and require signature confirmation for security.

We offer a 30-day return policy for all jewelry in original condition. Custom or personalized pieces may have different return terms. Returns are free within the US, and we provide prepaid return shipping labels.

Our lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects, structural integrity, and craftsmanship issues. This includes prong tightening, chain repair, and stone resetting. Normal wear and damage from accidents are not covered but can be repaired at cost.

Proper care extends the life of your jewelry:

• Store pieces separately to prevent scratching
• Clean with mild soap and warm water
• Remove before swimming, exercising, or sleeping
• Have pieces professionally cleaned annually
• Avoid exposure to perfumes and lotions
